I have been busy, busy, busy! In fact my whole office has been selling like crazy. Listings in certain neighborhoods near me are listing houses that sell within days, at full price, frequently with multiple offers. I have 4 clients under contract, one in negotiations, multiple actively looking buyers and two listings coming up. It is a crazy change from a year ago here in Northeast Ohio!
